Elerson Law

Thank you for your inquiry and considering Elerson Law for your family law needs. Before we can provide you with any legal services, an internal conflict check must be conducted by the firm. You can provide the information needed to complete the conflicts check as well as other information that will help us determine if we are able to able to assist you by completing the INTAKE FORM online or by calling 206-600-8821.

If the conflict check determines that there is no conflict and our firm determine that we are able to move forward, then we will provide you with tentative consultation dates and a consultation agreement for your review and consideration.

There is a flat rate fee of $400 for a 60-minute consultation. If there are documents (such as papers filed with the court) you would like the attorney to review prior to the consultation, then there may be an additional fee of $200 for up to 30 minutes document review.

The purpose of the consultation is to learn about the facts and potential legal issues related to your matter and to determine if we are able to assist with your matter. The consultation also allows you to get to know the attorney’s practice style and see if you want to engage in further representation after the conclusion of the consult. During the consultation with the lawyer, you will have an opportunity to discuss the legal process and questions/concerns you may have related to your matter. If we are able to assist, the attorney will work with you on a proposed plan based on your objectives.

Whether you are going through a divorce, legal separation, child custody dispute, child support dispute, or any other family law matter, we understand this is an overwhelming and sensitive moment in your life.
